Over the last couple of years, we have had many people order a custom Griddle Cart. This past year we received this request enough times that we decided to include this new cart into our line-up. I am soooo excited, this is not some off the shelf, coated griddle, this griddle, is stainless steel, commercial burners with an auto light feature. Measuring 2 foot deep and 17 inches wide, I can't wait to see what some of you decide to cook on this monster. Even with this huge griddle, we were still able to put in a full size steam table, capable of handling some huge crowds.
